Year-over-year median homes prices increase in New Braunfels, data shows

The most recent data compiled by the Four Rivers Association of Realtors showed that the number of homes sold decreased in both ZIP codes.

The average prices of homes listed for sale in the two New Braunfels ZIP codes over the past six months were in the $357K-$597K range.

In July 2025, the majority of homes sold in the 78130 ZIP code and were in the $300,000 to $499,999 price range.

In July, year-over-year median home prices increased by 6.2% in the 78130 ZIP code, and increased by 15.7% in the 78132 ZIP code.

The number of homes under contract increased year-over-year in both New Braunfels ZIP codes.

The average number of days homes spent on the market in July increased in the 78130 ZIP code but decreased in the 78132 ZIP code.
