Median home prices decrease in New Braunfels year over year

The number of homes sold increased in the 78132 ZIP code and decreased slightly in the 78130 ZIP code, according to the most recent data compiled by the Four Rivers Association of Realtors.

The average price of homes listed for sale in the two New Braunfels ZIP codes over the past six months were around the $343,000-$555,000 range.

In February, 150 homes sold in the 78130 ZIP code. In the 78132 ZIP code, only 72 homes sold.

In February, year-over-year median home prices decreased in both New Braunfels ZIP codes.

The number of homes under contract increased year over year in the 78130 ZIP code by 17%. In the 78132 ZIP code, the number of homes under contract decreased year over year by 16.9%.

The average number of days homes spent on the market year over year increased in the 78130 ZIP code and decreased in the 78132 ZIP code.
