Gym franchise F45 Training is coming to New Braunfels.
F45 Training will be opening at 2286 Alyssa Way this fall, co-owner Savannah Zipp said in an email to Community Impact. The New Braunfels franchise is owned by the Zipp and Ezell families, who decided to bring F45 Training to the city because they saw a need.
Some background
Savannah Zipp said she was looking for an F45 Training location when they moved to the city in 2019. She found that the closest location was 45 minutes away.
"[New Braunfels] has nothing like F45 Training and we knew deep in our hearts that the fitness community aspect would be something special here," Zipp said in the email. "Being locals, we knew that this side of [New Braunfels] was where we wanted to be located due to the need for options on this side of town."

F45 Training offers 45-minute functional fitness classes using resistance, cardio and hybrid training modalities.
