New Braunfels ISD is accepting applications until Feb. 14 for the upcoming board of trustees election on May 2.
The positions up for election are single-member seats for District 2 and District 4, which are currently held by Michael Calta and Matthew Sargent, respectively.
Applications will be accepted at the NBISD Administration Building at 1000 N. Walnut Ave. on Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The office will remain open Feb. 14 until 5 p.m.
In order to qualify, applicants must live in the single-member district boundary for which they are applying, be a registered voter, have been a resident of NBISD for at least six months and have been a resident of Texas for at least one year.
