Comal ISD is hosting two job fairs in August:
According to district officials, there is a high demand for teachers, bus drivers, instructional paraprofessionals, licensed specialists in school psychology and licensed speech pathologists.
The details
Comal ISD includes 20 elementary campuses, including two new campuses opening this fall; seven middle school campuses with a new campus under construction; five comprehensive high schools; and two schools of choice. It covers 589 square miles and includes Comal County and portions of Bexar, Guadalupe, Hays and Kendall counties. The district also serves 10 communities, including Belverde, Canyon Lake, Garden Ridge, New Braunfels and the northern portion of San Antonio, according to the district.
