New Braunfels Heights apartment complex now leasing

New Braunfels Heights, an apartment complex located at 128 Lonesome Quail, opened and began leasing units Oct. 6.

The complex has 390 units across 15 buildings, as previously reported by Community Impact. Alliance Residential Company is the developer on the project, and Greystar is managing the property.

New Braunfels Heights offers one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. The complex has a clubhouse featuring coworking spaces, a playground, two dog parks and a gym.

One more thing

As of press time, only one building is complete. Two more buildings are anticipated to be completed in early December, and the remaining buildings are expected to be completed by summer of 2026, Heather Sabedra and Mariah Whitney, leasing professionals with the property, told Community Impact.
