Construction on a new multifamily development—previously known as Prose Lonesome Quail—is anticipated to be completed in Q1 of 2026 in New Braunfels.
The apartment complex, located at 128 Lonesome Quail, is now being called New Braunfels Heights, Gentry Bowen, director of Buchanan Capital Partners, told Community Impact.
Project details
Project construction—which is being developed by Alliance Residential Company—began in August 2024.
There will be 390 units across 15 buildings on the 18-acre property. New Braunfels Heights will offer one- to two-bedroom units averaging 963 square feet. The complex will also have a clubhouse equipped with a resident lounge, gym and resort-style pool, Bowen told Community Impact.
What's next?
Bowen said they anticipate to be complete with the first few units of the project by the end of year.
