Urgent care clinic to move to new space in New Braunfels

Methodist Healthcare’s CareNow Urgent Care at 160 Creekside Way, Ste. 602 will be relocating to a new building in Solms Landing next spring.

CareNow Urgent Care is expected to relocate and open in its new space in March 2027, according to an email from a Methodist Healthcare representative. 

What they offer

The clinic provides treatment for various illnesses and minor injuries, including:

• Colds

• Sinus or respiratory infections

• Urinary tract infections

• Allergies 

• Ear infections

• Cuts

• Sprains

• Fractures

CareNow Urgent Care also offers X-rays, lab testing, stitches and virtual visits along with vaccinations.  

As part of the Methodist Healthcare system, CareNow patients also have access to Methodist Healthcare’s hospital network and physician practices, according to the email.
