Black’s Barbecue, a longtime staple of Lockhart, opened in New Braunfels in June. It is located in the space previously occupied by Rudy’s Bar-B-Q. Black’s Barbecue has been family-owned and -operated in Lockhart since 1932 and has served the same recipes for four generations.
