Rosie Lynn’s, a new ice cream and coffee shop, has opened its doors in New Braunfels.
The details
The name "Rosie Lynn" comes from the owners’ family tradition of including “Rose” in their names. Owner Valerie Burns, whose nickname is Rosie, chose the name Rosie Lynn, which is a combination of and her husband's name—Joshua Lynn.
The shop serves bubble waffles with an assortment of toppings, different espresso-based drinks, and ice cream from the Ice Cream Club, a Florida-based company known for distributing to small businesses nationwide.
