A new upscale restaurant with Americana offerings is planning to open soon in downtown New Braunfels.

The new spot—called the Old City Hall Restaurant & Bar—is expected to open in late 2025 at 200 N. Seguin Ave. inside the old New Braunfels City Hall building. Old City Hall Restaurant & Bar is being operated by the Wiggins Hospitality Group—the same team operating McAdoo’s Seafood Company and La Cosecha, according to a news release.
The Wiggins family purchased the building in 2018 and will be the third official restaurant under their ownership, according to the news release.
