Fruition Fruit Blendz is opening a brick-and-mortar location at 840 S. Business I-35 in New Braunfels this fall.
The overview
The Acai food bowl truck—owned by Anita Bitela and Gerry Sandoval—is known for its from-scratch, customizable Acai bowls and smoothies. At the brick-and-mortar location, Bitela and Sandoval plan to offer juice cleanse options and gourmet toast.
"We're going to have a smoked salmon toast, with capers and cream cheese, we're going to have a raspberry toast—so we're just going to have a lot more options," Bitela said.
