Sylver Spoon Dinner Theater celebrates its one-year anniversary in December at 6700 I-35, New Braunfels. The company was built by three sisters who wanted to merge their talents to create the ultimate “dinnertainment.” The restaurant offers a chef-inspired menu in addition to theatrical performances and a wine club. There is also on-site day care. To commemorate its first year in business, the First Sylver Spooniversary New Year's Eve celebration will take place Jan. 31.
