Hutchins BBQ, 1301 N. Tennessee St. McKinney, is expanding by 3,000 square feet, adding 120 seats, a banquet room and enlarged patio. The project begins this month and will more than double the restaurant’s capacity. A new drive-through and two new smokers will also be included in the expansion, which began at the end of August.
