McKinney city officials will hold a budget retreat Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, 222 N. Tennessee St. All aspects of the city's proposed FY 2015-16 budget will be discussed, including a proposed 10-year general fund plan.
