Abbott’s Frozen Custard served its last scoop of custard in December, onsite signage states at the McKinney shop.

The frozen treat franchise sold a variety of frozen custard flavors, sundaes, splits, milkshakes and more.

Abbott’s Frozen Custard, which is headquartered in Rochester, New York, no longer has any Texas locations, according to the company website, but opportunities are being explored to bring Abbott’s Frozen Custard back to Dallas-Fort Worth someday, onsite signage states.
