The Flour Mill, located at 407 E. Louisiana St., McKinney, has changed its name to The Mill at East McKinney. The mill, built in 1914, serves as an events venue and an office space. It features two event halls and multiple on-site businesses, including a photographer, a hairstylist and a bakery among others.
