Kiddie Academy of McKinney is now under new ownership, a June 17 news release states.

The franchise location of Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care is now owned and operated by husband-and-wife Elango Karunamoorthy and Kirthika Balu, along with business partners Vijay and Deepika Ilavarasan, per the release.

“Between the four of us, we bring more than 20 years of team leadership, along with the expertise of operating two previous Kiddie Academy locations in other regions,” Karunamoorthy said in the release.

The McKinney childcare center spans 8,500 square feet including nine classrooms, per the release. The center also has an outdoor playground, splashpad, soccer field and basketball court. Kiddie Academy of McKinney offers care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old, including full- and part-time care as well as after-school care and summer camp programs.
