Somisomi Soft Serve & Taiyaki is expanding to Texas and will open a location at 3520 Hwy. 6, Sugar Land by the beginning of June, the company said. It is known for its Korean-inspired soft served in fish-shaped cones. Customers can choose and mix flavors like matcha, chocolate, ube, black sesame and banana.
