Beat Taco, a Mexican fusion restaurant, plans to open by June 25 at 8921 Louetta Rd., St. 200, Spring. The menu features tacos, soups, salads and appetizers, like street corn. Taco varieties available include fajita steak, chicken, cilantro lime shrimp, portobello mushroom and barbacoa. Salads on the menu include varieties such as quinoa, black bean and mango.
