Barbara Bush Branch Library, located at 6817 Cypresswood Drive, Spring, reopened Monday after months of renovations from flooding damage due to Hurricane Harvey. The library has a new phone number, but its hours have not changed. The library is accepting book donations from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily for its bookstore, which is maintained by Barbara Bush Library Friends.
