Restaurant owners and Louisiana natives Kim and Belinda Williams opened Jambalaya King May 19 at 16430 West Lake Houston Parkway, Ste. 800, Humble.
The 1,670-square-foot counter-service restaurant serves a five-meat jambalaya, chicken and sausage gumbo, red beans and rice, smoked sausage po’boys with Jack Miller’s barbecue sauce, boudin and crawfish in season.
