CoCo Crepes, Waffles and Coffee will open a location in the Katy/Fulshear area at the Market at Cross Creek Ranch near FM 1463 and Fulshear Bend Drive by the fall, according to the cafe's website. The cafe has nine other Greater Houston area locations and plans to open a Cypress location in the fall. CoCo Crepes, Waffles and Coffee offers sweet and savory crepes, paninis, soups, salads, gelato and sorbet. The business also features a new crepe creation every month. www.cococrepes.com
