Star Cinema Grill held a ribbon-cutting June 18 for a new location at 22125 FM 1093, Richmond, near the intersection of the Grand Parkway inside the upcoming District West development. The movie theater has 12 screens, including a Samsung Onyx LED Cinema screen.
