Officials with Simon, the real estate firm that manages Houston Premium Outlets in Cypress, have announced several new businesses and expansions coming to the center throughout the fall and into 2020.

COMING SOON—Fanatics by Lids is slated to open this fall in a 3,791-square-foot space next to Bose and Banana Republic. The shop sells sports merchandise, apparel and jerseys for all major professional sports leagues and more than 200 collegiate teams as well as party and grilling accessories.

COMING SOON—Karl Lagerfeld Paris, which offers ready-to-wear Parisian chic fashion items for women, will open next spring in a 2,449-square-foot space next to TUMI and Asics. The shop will also seel accessories, shoes and handbags.

NOW OPEN—A BCBGMAXAZARIA Factory store is now open at the center, located in a 3,034-square-foot space next to Armani Outlet and across from Elie Tahari. BCBG—which stands for “Bon Chic Bon Genre” or “Good Style Good Attitude” in French—offers a full collection of women's fashion items.

RELOCATION—American lifestyle brand Tory Burch is relocating to a larger space within the center where it will continue to offer shoes, handbags, accessories, watches, home goods and beauty products. The new 5,256-square-foot location is expected to open in October next to Nike and across from J. Crew.

REOPENING—After closing all stores and filing for bankruptcy earlier this year, officials with Charlotte Russe announced plans to reopen 100 stores across the U.S., including a location at the Houston Premium Outlets slated to open in November. The 7,001-square-foot store will offer apparel and accessories for women in their teens and twenties. The store will be located next to Robert Wayne Footwear and across from Vans Outlet.
