A Costco Wholesale is coming to the Bay Area next to Baybrook Mall at Jasmine Street and Interstate 45 in Webster, with an expected opening date of Oct. 9, according to Webster city officials. The store is expected to be 150,000 square feet and occupy 20 acres total. It will be the ninth location in the Greater Houston area. www.costco.com
