Mother Clucker is scheduled to open June 1 at 7171 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 109, Colleyville. The restaurant will serve fresh, marinated, and hand-breaded chicken tenders with eight different options of fries and eight different sauce options. Desserts inspired from the state fair, such as fried Oreos and Twinkies, will also be available.
