On Jan. 16, Gymboree Group Inc. announced it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and plans to close all Gymboree and Crazy 8 stores and sell its Janie and Jack stores.

Grapevine Mills has Crazy 8, Janie and Jack, and Gymboree stores at 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine. Southlake Town Square has a Gymboree store at 110 State St., Southlake, and a Janie and Jack store at 409 E. Grand Ave., Southlake. A Gymboree store employee said while no closing date has been set yet, the stores should all close by the end of April.
