The Sears department store at Stonebriar Centre, 2605 Preston Road, Frisco, will close by the end of the year, according to Sears Holdings. The closure comes after the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October. The department store offers appliances, clothing, electronics and other merchandise. www.sears.com
