Caliente’s Burgers & More, which started as a food truck before moving into a brick-and-mortar location at 905 N. Old Hwy. 81 in March, announced on Facebook Oct. 2 that it would be permanently closing as the owners are pursuing a new business.

"We want to thank each and everyone of you that supported us and loved us," they wrote. "We loved all our customers and hope to see ya at HWY 21 Bar and Club in Maxwell."
