AJ’s Bar and Grill opened Sept. 17 in Old Town Leander. The restaurant serves craft dishes for lunch and dinner and brunch on Sundays. Its menu features items such as Texas Style Fries, spinach artichoke dip, burgers, chicken, House Mac-n-Cheese, and desserts including creme brulee.

The restaurant aims to have its liquor license by the end of the month and plans to feature specialty drinks using liquors from Leanderthal Distillery. The restaurant is located at 105 W. Willis St., Leander. 512-337-7800. www.ajsleander.com
