Con' Olio Oils & Vinegars opened its Gateway to Falconhead location April 5. The new store will sell wine and include a demonstration kitchen that provides a stage for cooking classes, with seating at the bar for 12, according to a news release. The new space will also house the business's central shipping operations for its online store.

There is one other Con' Olio location located in the Arboretum shopping center in North Austin. The new shop is at 3500 FM 620, Ste. F-400, Bee Cave. 512-263-4373. www.conolios.com
