Popular Mexican restaurant Takoba, located at 1411 E. Seventh St., Austin, closed Jan. 18. No reason for the closing was given, but the restaurant said it would renovate its space and menu in the interim.

On Jan. 25, the restaurant announced it plans to reopen at the end of May.
