Elizabeth Rowe, who has appeared on Food Network's "Cake Wars" will open The London Baker in the Castle Hills Village Shops, 2540 King Arthur Blvd., Lewisville. The London Baker opens March 17 during the Castle Hills Village Shops' St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl from 4-7 p.m. The cake shop will offer elaborately sculpted cakes for weddings, birthdays, baby showers and more.
