4 more companies lease space at Lakeside International Office Center in Flower Mound

Four more companies have signed leases for office space at the Lakeside International Office Center in Flower Mound.

The new tenants were announced in a news release from Realty Capital Management LLC, the master developer of Lakeside in Flower Mound, and Staubach Capital, an equity partner.

According to the release, the tenants are:

• OrangeGrid, a financial technology provider of workflow-based solutions that is relocating its headquarters from California and will lease 9,684 square feet;
• Mitsubishi HC Capital, which specializes in structuring equipment financing and trade finance, and is leasing 3,930 square feet;
• CD Construction Consulting, a construction lender consultant, which will occupy 1,331 square feet; and
• Edward Jones, an investment firm, which will lease 1,141 square feet.

Lakeside International Office Center is a Class A office campus with two buildings and a parking garage. The campus is now 59% leased, according to the release. The offices are located at 777 International Parkway and 737 International Parkway in Flower Mound.

In addition to these four new companies, 11 other businesses have offices at the Flower Mound campus.

The office campus is part of Lakeside DFW, a 150-acre urban-style, mixed-use development. At buildout, the development is projected to have about 2,200 residential units and 705,000 square feet of commercial space with a combined value of $750 million to $1 billion, according to the release.
