Home inventory was still down substantially year-over-year in the month of September throughout Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village.
The low number of homes on the market—down nearly 36% since September 2019—has continued to benefit sellers and pinched buyers, according to Denton County data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.
Home sale prices rose throughout the three cities by between 8% and 10% over September of last year.
The drop in home inventory coincided with a rise in purchases, as nearly 30% more homes were under contract in Lewisville in September than were in the same month the year before.
