New data from the U.S. Census Bureau shows that the populations, median home values and median household incomes in Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village were on the rise from 2013-18.
The data shows that Lewisville experienced a steady population increase in recent years. In 2018, the city was home to 104,789 people—up 7.52% from 2013, when the population was 97,462.
Flower Mound had an even greater overall population increase of 10.12% from 2013-18. The population rose to 73,252 people in 2018 from 66,523 people in 2013, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
Highland Village’s population grew a little slower from 2013-18, with the number of people rising from 15,589 to 16,342, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. This was a 4.83% increase.
