Miriam Cocina Latina, which has a flagship location in Klyde Warren Park in Dallas, is slated to open a second location in Cypress Waters Jan. 6. The restaurant was previously forecasted to open Dec. 1.
The Mexican and Dominican restaurant’s menu features soups, salads, tacos, enchiladas, desserts and more.
“Known for her infectious smile, hugs and eye for detail, Miriam Jimenez opened the original Miriam Cocina Latina in 2019 to rave reviews,” a company news release states. “Popular dishes include the Ceviche Punta Cana, Enchiladas Mar y Tierra, Camarones al Guajillo, Carne Asada, Cabrito a la Diabla, Filete Mahi Mahi and Pescado a la Veracruzano.”
The cocktail menu will have a broad selection of margaritas in addition to rum and Mezcal libations, a curated list of white and red wines available by the glass as well as Mexican and local beers.
