Haraz Coffee House is set to open in the fall in Lewisville’s The Realm Castle Hills.
The shop will sell a variety of coffee and pastries.
The menu includes traditional Yemeni items such as iced Harazi coffee featuring cold brew coffee with cardamom and cream as well as espresso options like Americanos and salted caramel lattes.
The pastry menu includes tiramisu coffee cake, Istanbul cheesecake and more.
According to the company’s website, the founders of Haraz Coffee House are from Yemen, where the mountainous region of Haraz is located and where the coffee is sourced.
“As first-generation immigrants, we wanted to honor our heritage,” the website states. “Yemen is where coffee was invented and later flourished in global trade.”
