Initially intending to open on June 1, Bluebonnet Brunch House has now moved its tentative opening date date to July 15 in The Realm Castle Hills.
Alt Nayani and Muneera Nayani own the eatery which will offer breakfast and lunch options.
“From classic favorites like pancakes and bacon to omelets and sandwiches, there's something for everyone,” Alt said in an email.
The beverage menu will feature a full espresso bar, mimosas, and handcrafted specialty cocktails.
“Whether you're joining us for a leisurely weekend meal or a midweek treat, we're committed to providing delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere,” Alt said.
The business partners have been involved with Castle Hills and Lewisville for over 25 years. Alt said they chose this location for their business because of the growth they have observed in the area and strong community support.
