Discover Strength to offer trainer-led 30-minute workouts in Lewisville

Discover Strength is set to open soon in The Realm at Castle Hills.

Discover Strength co-owner and CEO Adam Jenson said in an email that this location was chosen for the studio after looking at several sites throughout the metroplex.

“The Lewisville area and The Realm Castle Hills are the perfect combination of population, traffic and style,” Jenson said.

Discover Strength focuses on a streamlined format.

“Busy people don't have time to waste on exercise that doesn't work,” Jenson said. “At Discover Strength, we deliver 30-minute strength training workouts twice per week with an expert trainer. We will help you look and feel your best in a fraction of the time.”
