Cold Stone Creamery opened at the new Southbrook Station dining and retail strip in Leander in April. The ice cream parlor serves a variety of ice cream flavors, ice cream cakes, shakes and smoothies.

F3 Coffee & Tea, a new firefighter-owned coffee cart,Liberty Hill this May.
The food truck serves coffee, tea, refreshers and energy drinks. F3 offers a few signature drink items, such as The Siren, a strawberry/white chocolate latte, and the All-Nighter, a four-shot coconut mocha designed for late nights.

Cava opened its first Leander location at the new Southbrook Station shopping center in April. The fast-casual Mediterranean chain serves customizable bowls and pitas. Various protein options are available, including steak, lamb and chicken, alongside a range of toppings, spreads and dressings.

The Sparrow Mobile Bar is a food truck for cocktails. Housed in a vintage trailer, the business travels all over the Austin metro and throughout Williamson County, and provides drinks to festivals, weddings and corporate events. Southside has both a restaurant and a meat market. The restaurant offers dine-in, drive-thru, takeout and online ordering and offers a variety of BBQ dishes. The market specializes in smoked meats and sausages perfect for barbecuing.
