Construction on Leander Union development nears completion

Beyond workspaces and shopping, the development will include open-air walkways and preserved heritage trees, according to the release.

Leander Union, which is anchored by Northpoint Austin Church, also will house a new Westlake Dermatology location set to open later this year. During pre-leasing, the development is focusing on targeting dining tenants.

Leander Union is “designed to meet increasing demand for high-quality amenities,” the release states.

“Ultimately, this is about creating a place people want to return to,” Kunik said. “If we’ve done that, everything else follows.”

The development will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Leander Chamber of Commerce on Sept. 23.

Topo Development Group has developed properties throughout the Austin area, including Springdale General in East Austin and Howard Post in Pflugerville. Leasing for the project is managed by Aquila Commercial and Bridgepoint Commercial.
