Leander Union, a nearly 155,000-square-foot development along Crystal Falls Parkway, is almost complete. The mixed-use development features office, retail and “community-oriented” spaces, according to a news release.
The details
The largest chunk of the development’s space—about 65,000 square feet—will be retail and dining, while roughly 50,000 square feet is intended for office space. Overall, the site covers 13.8 acres and includes 10 buildings with over 40 suites, according to the development’s website.
“Great places don’t just happen; they’re built with intention,” Daryl Kunik, a principal at Topo Development Group, said in a statement. “At Leander Union, we’re focused on creating something that feels both elevated and accessible—where people can gather, work and connect in a way that reflects the character and growth of the community.”
