The Tricon Bryson residential development is now renting homes as part of the Bryson master-planned community.
Tricon Residential, a Blackstone real estate portfolio company, built the neighborhood with Johnson Development and HHS Residential, according to a news release.
A closer look
Tricon Bryson comprises 155 single-family rental homes, and there are six floor plans to choose from, according to the release.
The development offers open concept three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans, and it has a pool, splash pad, fire pit, playground, dog park, fishing pond and more.
Every unit has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a two-car garage and a fully fenced-in backyard.
The homes are maintained and managed by Tricon Residential.
