As summer winds to a close, growth in Liberty Hill continues. Several new businesses have opened in the area with more on the way.

Parker’s Mercantile
The iconic Liberty Hill institution will now offer live music, food, drinks and Texas-made goods. Wish Kitchen + Bar owner Mike Farr is leasing the space from the city of Liberty Hill.
Hopdoddy Burger Bar
The iconic Austin-based restaurant is best known for its specialty burgers, which include the Cadillac Wagyu. Customers can also enjoy salads, fried chicken and milkshakes.
Foodie’s Corner
The new family-owned business offers snacks and drinks, along with 12 fueling stations and three diesel spots. Breakfast and lunch items can be ordered through its in-house kitchen, Picante Tex-Mex Grill.
Rodeo Mexican Kitchen & Bar
The owners of Marisol's Mexican Grill in Georgetown opened a new, similar concept in Liberty Hill. Menu highlights include ceviche, pozole and chile verde.
COMING SOON
United Heritage Credit Union
The new UHCU branch is located next to the future Target. The credit union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative that began in Austin in 1957.
Target
The new Target in Liberty Hill will open in October, company spokesperson Enoma Owens said. The 148,000-square-foot store will feature a Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy and integrated Apple section, Owens said. It will also offer different ways to shop, including drive-up, order pickup and same-day delivery through the Target Circle 360 membership program.
FiiZ Drinks
The menu is centered around dirty soda, which is soda mixed with other elements like flavored syrups, cream, juice, fruit and candy. FiiZ also offers non-soda drinks and snacks.
