Liberty Mail Center, a family-owned business, celebrated half a decade in business July 19.
What to expect
The printing, shipping and document services business has provided the Leander and Liberty Hill communities with a range of services for over five years.
Liberty Mail Center offers copying, packing, notary services, document shredding and passport photos, among other products.
Co-owner Brooke Kimberlin said business growth over the past five years has been driven by getting involved with the community and emphasizing customer service.
“We really pride ourselves on knowing our customers, getting to know them and doing a good job,” she said. “If something doesn’t meet our standards of quality, then we’ll redo it ... we do everything we can to make it right.”
One more thing
Kimberlin, who owns and operates the mail center with her husband, said the business aims to “give back” by frequently partnering with clients in education.
“We love to support schools in their printing,” she said. “If that’s sports booster clubs or teachers with their printing, we usually give a discount or even sometimes donate the printing if we can for free.”
