The dealership sells new Mazda vehicles as well as used cars from various manufacturers. Its service department offers maintenance and repairs for Mazda vehicles. The Leander location is the fourth dealership owned by Roger Beasley Mazda Group, after two locations in Austin and one in Georgetown.
Little BeijingThe restaurant is now serving Chinese food for takeout and delivery in the Cedar Park-Leander area. The concept offers a variety of Chinese and other Asian dishes, including kung pao chicken, beef and broccoli, egg rolls and sushi.
Aspen CreameryThis new ice cream parlor makes its own waffle cones. Beyond ice cream, the creamery serves a range of cold desserts, including a Dubai viral sundae, milkshakes and faloodas—a cold South Asian drink.
Bluebonnet Family EstatesThe assisted living and memory care community offers residents a “boutique-style” living environment set on 10 acres of Texas Hill Country. The community, which describes itself as “where luxury meets comfort,” is now open for tours and room reservations, as the community awaits state licensing approval.
Leo’s FunZoneThe new locally owned play space and toy store offers crafts and DIY projects, play areas for different age groups, and thoughtfully curated toys and activities, according to owner Effy Yulghun. Leo’s FunZone also hosts birthday parties and sells toys on its website, with an emphasis on natural materials.
USA Ninja Challenge LeanderA USA Ninja Challenge gym has opened in Leander, offering children in Williamson County the opportunity to draw on gymnastics, cross-training and climbing skills. Beyond hour-long classes, the gym also hosts parties on Saturdays and will host week-long summer camps.
StarbucksThe location serves Starbucks' standard menu of coffee, tea and other drinks, as well as snacks including sandwiches and pastries. The store offers both indoor and outdoor spaces to eat, drink and work. The Starbucks is located in a new storefront along US 183 near Whitewing Drive.

The gym plans to open a 45,000-square-foot, $11 million gym at the intersection of Hero Way and US 183 in Leander this fall, marking its 12th location in the Austin area. The facility will offer traditional fitness equipment alongside amenities such as hot yoga, reformer Pilates, contrast therapy, hydromassage and child care, with memberships starting at $9.99 per month.
Venvino Art StudiosThe painting, pottery and craft space is aiming to open early in September in the Shops at Leander retail center. The studio will also sponsor a variety of events, including summer camps for kids, paint-and-sip events for adults and art classes for people with intellectual disabilities.
Starbeam LiquorStarbeam Liquor's website states its inventory is focused on "fine wines, seltzers and premium spirits." The new store will be the eighth location for Starbeam Liquor, joining locations in Austin, Hutto, Kyle and Georgetown. A representative of the company told Community Impact that the store will open as soon as it is ready, which he expects will happen in late June.

AMHA recently celebrated its five-year anniversary at The Crossover, right on the Cedar Park-Leander line. AMHA is the major governing body overseeing youth hockey in Austin, according to its website. A spokesperson for the group said it recently joined The Pond Hockey Club to create a new youth hockey community with “an intercity league, tournament teams and travel teams” all bearing a new name, the Austin Capitals.

Texas Sweet Heat JamThe Leander-based artisan jam company creates sweet and spicy fruit jams and pepper jellies while also providing culinary training and employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities. Founded by entrepreneur and culinary artist Nolan Stilwell, the company's products are sold online and in H-E-B stores across Texas. The company celebrated 15 years of operation in April 2026.

A new location for Salt Traders Coastal Cooking is planned for a new development along the Cedar Park-Leander border, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The $1.7 million project calls for the construction of an 8,175-square-foot restaurant shell building, with work expected to begin in September and wrap up by June 2027.

Day Maker Half Day CafeA new location for Day Maker Half Day Cafe is also planned in the New Hope-Scottsdale Development, according to a recent filing with TDLR. The $1.2 million project includes the construction of a 5,300-square-foot restaurant shell building, with work expected to begin in September and conclude by June 2027. The concept launched its first location in South Austin in late 2024 and hails from the same restaurant team behind Jack Allen’s Kitchen and Salt Traders.

Pinthouse PizzaA new location for Pinthouse Pizza is also expected to join the New Hope-Scottsdale Development and is slated to begin construction in September, according to a recent TDLR filing. The $7.4 million project will include a 13,640-square-foot restaurant and brewery facility, along with a covered canopy, outdoor beer garden and full site development, with completion expected by June 2027. Pinthouse has five existing locations: three in Austin, one in Round Rock and another in San Antonio.
