Crazy Falafels offers Mediterranean fare in Liberty Hill

A new food truck serving Mediterranean fare is now open in Liberty Hill. Crazy Falafels opened for business in mid-July, owner Noubar Ishak said. 

“We want to share the love that we have,” Ishak said. “We want everybody to come here hungry and leave here happy. Our number one goal is to bring healthy Mediterranean food out in the area.” 

What’s on the menu

Ishak operates the business with his daughter, Kylie. Previously, he owned a restaurant in California. After moving to Liberty Hill, he saw an opportunity to share the Mediterranean flavors he knew.

“We want to share all this passion and love that we have for Lebanese cuisine, which I’ve grown up on all my life,” Ishak said.

Ishak said the menu takes inspiration from his family’s Lebanese and Armenian heritage. Crazy Falafels serves kebab plates, falafel wraps and veggie dishes. The business also offers platters and sides. 

Crazy Falafels offers pickup and delivery options. 

About the owners

Ishak said the family often spent time in his other restaurants and is grateful to return to the dining industry.

“The community has been phenomenal, very supportive,” Ishak said. “We’re very humble and hardworking people. We just want to grow this business in every possible way and make sure our customers are happy.”
