Costco
Costco will debut a new store and gas station in Liberty Hill on March 11, according to a news release. The 152,000-square-foot warehouse will be equipped with its signature offerings, including food, an optical department, pharmacy, hearing aid center, food court and tire center.
Led by Dr. Marion Harris, the practice offers a full range of procedures including wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery and bone grafting.

Wells Fargo Bank
A new Wells Fargo Bank branch is coming to Georgetown's Parmer Ranch Marketplace, a spokesperson with the bank confirmed. The 3,500-square-foot building began construction in March 2025 and costs approximately $2.7 million, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Casey's Convenience Store
An existing store is set to be remodeled into a new Casey’s Convenience Store, according to a TDLR filing. Renovations to the 5,200-square-foot space are expected to include an interior remodel with new walk-in coolers, a reworked kitchen and additional upgrades. Construction is slated to begin in June and conclude in September, the filing states.
A new pizzeria is proposed for Hill Country Square Plaza, according to a TDLR filing. Construction on the 915-square-foot space will transform the interior from a yoga studio into a restaurant beginning in April, according to the filing.
