A new medical spa that integrates “whole‑body wellness with its established aesthetic services” is now open along Hwy. 29 in Leander, a representative from Aurora Medical Spa confirmed.
Aurora Medical Spa, which opened its ninth location in Leander, will be offering free B12 injections to new patients while supplies last.
What they offer
Aurora Medical Spa provides typical medical spa services, such as Botox, dermaplaning and injectables. Additionally, the medical spa offers consultations for personalized treatment plans.
“Aurora Medical Spa is marking its 20‑year anniversary, celebrating two decades as a regional leader in aesthetics, injectables and wellness services,” spa manager Jennifer Elias said in a statement to Community Impact. “The milestone comes as the company expands to its ninth location, reflecting continued growth and demand for its client‑focused approach to modern aesthetic care.”
Elias said clinical partner Amanda Saine, a practicing nurse for a decade, will lead the medical team with a focus on "safety, education and personalized treatment plans."
The Leander location will offer free B12 injections by appointment for new patients or new wellness consultations while supplies last. Interested clients must mention the offer at booking.
The business also has a location in Georgetown.
